You’ve got the platform and the library. What’s missing is a daily reason to open it. Little Zav brings every learner one small, personal thing to do each day. That turns learning into a habit.
Little Zav does one job well. It gives every learner a small, personal reason to come back. It also gives you the insight and the brand fit to make it your own.
Learners come back on their own, day after day.
It speaks first, so no one faces a blank page.
Something new every login, built from their own learning.
Works with the LMS you already have.
Your brand, your content, your data. Live in a day, no code.
Fun on the surface, real insight underneath.
Little Zav is a small, proactive card that lives on the learner's home screen. Every time you return it has something new and personal for you: a 20-second game, a nudge, a reflection, all drawn from your own learning. One delightful treat per visit.
Not a search box waiting for input. It greets you by name, remembers your last session, and changes every login. That creates the "what's Little Zav got for me today?" pull.
Get it wrong and the card springs back and the mascot gives a little wobble. That is a cheeky nudge and a retry, never a hard red cross. It celebrates effort, not just correctness.
It reads your learning signals to stay relevant but writes nothing back into your records. No grades, no mastery scoring. Pure encouragement. That clean boundary is what lets it run anywhere.
A warmer, sillier little-sibling of the main Zavmo. The delight is in the copy, the motion, and the reward. Never in clutter or emoji.
Learners swipe, tap, slide, sort and reflect through a catalogue of quick interactions. Every win earns a spark that lights one dot of the halo. Collect twelve and you complete the full Zavmo mark. Try them on the next slide.
You never lose a spark. The shelf only grows. The reward ties straight to the Zavmo brand mark and its "learning connections" meaning. Rapid-fire, addictive, and always kind.
Pick an interaction and answer it. Right answers light a spark; wrong ones just wobble and let you retry. Play and Reflect have no wrong answer at all.
Little Zav reads a bundle of signals about each learner and generates a fresh, fitting interaction. Nothing is fabricated: a brand-new account gets an honest "nothing yet", never a fake game.
Recent lessons and topics, flow state, emotional archetype, streak, and preferred learning time. It is the same personalisation bundle the rest of the platform uses.
A "don't repeat" memory so you rarely see the same thing twice. Plus the occasional deliberate callback: "remember this from Tuesday?"
It respects each learner's best time to learn and can space interactions along the forgetting curve, so a nudge lands when it'll actually stick.
For a Growth Engineering client, "your data" comes from that platform's learner-history API. It is just as personal, with no Zavmo account behind it.
Beyond each learner's history, Little Zav can draw on the organisation's whole content library. For Growth Engineering clients, the Growth Engineering LMS is a first-class connector. That is the same library that feeds builds like L'Oréal's "My Beauty Club".
Point Little Zav at the Growth Engineering LMS (or Go1, LinkedIn Learning, Google Drive, uploaded docs). It pulls the content in, chunks and embeds it.
A live sync status shows last-synced, items pulled and errors. Turn a source on and it ingests; content that goes offline is auto-removed. Each item has a "Visible to Little Zav" toggle.
Its knowledge chat answers only from the connected library and names the source. It shows it as "Source: module / doc". Anything out of remit gets a playful deflection, never a wrong guess.
The Reflect family runs gentle, no-wrong-answer probes: growth mindset, confidence, innovation appetite, mood. To the learner it's a fun 10-second question. To the organisation it becomes anonymised, aggregate insight into how people think and feel.
Tracked as movement against each learner's onboarding baseline. Are they trending more growth-oriented?
Conversational confidence and curiosity/innovation signals, rolled up org-wide as a spectrum and a trend.
A rolling sentiment line and this-week's mood distribution. An early read on how a cohort is doing.
Every answer also personalises that learner's own next interaction. A fair exchange, not extraction.
Little Zav gets its own top-level area in the admin. It is its own product, sitting in the nav after Content. A master on / off switch and a live "Live · N learners" readout sit above the tabs. A "Preview" button sits below every one. The next five slides are the actual pages.
A button under every tab runs the real generator against the current config, saved or not. You get a representative example, plus a "why this" trace. No learner is picked, because at thousands of learners that's the wrong model. What you see is labelled Example.
The client portal already knows who the learner is. Little Zav trusts that with a signed, short-lived token. The learner never logs in twice.
The client's backend issues a short-lived RS256 JWT, signed with that tenant's private key. It carries learner id, tenant and role.
The embedded widget receives the token via a postMessage handshake on load.
It checks the token against that tenant's registered public key and resolves the learner. In and playing, with no second login.
role claim gates the admin surface.Little Zav is a product, not a feature. So every host integrates the same way, Zavmo included. Zavmo is tenant #1: the reference integration and the template for the client SDK.
Register the SSO public key, allowed embed origins, branding, and content / history endpoints.
One backend endpoint returns a signed short-lived token for a logged-in learner. A thin SDK ships with it.
Drop a <script> / <iframe> on the learner portal (and admin), pass the token.
A small read API: list content items and return a learner's history. GE wraps the Growth Engineering LMS.
A Growth Engineering client embeds the same Little Zav on their own portal, themed as their own product. Fed by their own LMS, with no Zavmo account anywhere in sight. That's the "My Beauty Club" model, generalised.
Client name, colours, font, welcome copy and logo. All set on the Branding tab, live from the first frame.
Fed from the Growth Engineering LMS connector plus their own docs and feeds. Personalised from their learner-history API.
Embedded on the client's learner and admin surfaces via the SSO handshake. Tenant-isolated data, per-tenant keys.
littlezav.zavmo.aiA companion that's fun on the surface and an insight instrument underneath. Personalised from each learner's data, fed by the client's own library, and ready to wear any Growth Engineering client's brand.
